To search for a residential listing:

1. In the "Directories" tab, select the directory in which you want to search. (See "Select Directory" for more information about choosing directories.)

2. In the "View" tab, in the Section drop-down list, select the option that allows you to search the White Pages for residential listings. This option can be found under "White Pages-Residence" or may be found under White Pages - surrounding area.

   The "Search by Name" button opens.

3. In the "Search by Name" button, enter the name for which you want to search, in the format "Last Name, First Name." You can enter the entire name or just the first few characters of the name.

   Note: Information that you enter in a text field is not case sensitive. The application ignores case and returns results based on the criteria that you enter.

   

4. Click "Search."

   The directory window displays the page with the name that matches your search criteria highlighted.
